Frankie Morgan | Painting the Tarot

“Art Tarot” is an exhibition of paintings, a pilgrimage into the centuries old tradition of Tarot.

Painting each of the seventy- eight tarot cards, isn't for the faint hearted. From her experience of walking the Camino from San Sebastian to Santiago de Compostela, Frankie uses the structure of a painting each week, and let's see how it goes!

After many years of using the tarot as a part of her artistic process, she now turns her creativity to devising her own pack tailor-made for anyone using their creativity. a pack of tarot cards to keep you company as you engage in your creative process,

Historically, each tarot card is an archetype or an archetypal. The origins of Tarot are drawn from various sources like Greek mythology, European courts, but it is all very mysterious. Frankie subscribes to the belief that the artist's role is "to deepen the mystery" and hopes to update the tradition and bring the tarot's mystery into the everyday process of creating and making.
